!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! and one of !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! (he's a freaking author!) on the Cars That Look Better In Real Life post on the FP suddenly went from being at the very top of the comments to now suddenly in grey. What gives?
EDIT: And now suddenly they're back to normal. :/

Did you ask Patrick directly why you and the other lad are in the pending approval section? I'm guessing Patrick or someone else with Moderator Superpowers disagreed with you then went overboard by taking away your commenting privileges. I've seen this happen several times.

The thing is even if I somehow had my privileges taken away I had enough recommendations (including on from an author) that it would still show up un-greyed. That and the fact that one of Jalopnik's own writers is also showing up in the grey makes me think something is up.

I just got another recommendation and that apparently got it out of grey again. I have no idea what's going on anymore.
